What is ClassPoints?

ClassPoints is Xponential Fitness’ Loyalty Program. This article aims to provide an overview of how ClassPoints functions and how customers can earn rewards by engaging in classes and upgrading their in-studio memberships. Additionally, we'll explore the benefits of advancing through ClassPoints Tiers and the seamless management process for studios, all at no cost.

 

Earning Points:

Customers accumulate points for their consistent class attendance, in-studio membership upgrades, and more.

 

ClassPoints Tiers:

Members have the opportunity to elevate their ClassPoints Tier, unlocking premium benefits and rewards as they progress.

 

Premium Benefits and Rewards:

Advancing through ClassPoints Tiers opens the door to exclusive benefits and rewards, enhancing the overall customer experience.

 

Free for Members and Users:

ClassPoints is a cost-free Loyalty Program for studio members allowing them to receive enhanced benefits without incurring additional expenses.

What is the cadence of earning for the ClassPoints program?

Unique to ClassPoints, the timing of the program is based on annual quarters:

  • January 1 - March 31
  • April 1 - June 30
  • July 1 - September 30
  • October 1 - December 31
What are Lifetime ClassPoints?

Lifetime ClassPoints reflect all classes you’ve taken at your home studio since your brand studio account was created. The home studio is the studio you selected when initially joining the ClassPoints program. 

 

If you’ve taken classes at other studios or used a different account, those Lifetime ClassPoints will not be reflected. 

 

When you create your ClassPoints account, your Lifetime ClassPoints will reflect all of their historical bookings (all time as long as your account has been in our system), but will not count towards your status.

 

Classes will be valued at 100 points for each booking. It may take up to 48 hours after your account is created to populate.

What are ClassPoints and how do I earn them?

ClassPoints are the points you earn as a member of the ClassPoints program for taking classes at the studio. Be on the lookout for special bonus point opportunities such as bringing a friend to class, membership upgrades, special events, and more! ClassPoints are used to determine your tier status and benefits for the remainder of the quarter and the quarter following.

 

To view detailed information about ClassPoints Tiers and for a convenient side-by-side comparison, navigate to your brand's website. Look for the dedicated ClassPoints Tab on the website, where you'll find comprehensive details on the various tiers and their associated benefits.

 

The points reset on a quarterly basis. Let's break it down with an example:

  • Example Scenario:
    • Quarter 1 (Q1): You earn enough points to achieve Gold status. You enjoy the benefits of your status from the moment it is earned.
    • Quarter 2 (Q2): You maintain your Gold status from Q1 throughout Q2. Your activity this quarter determines your status next quarter.
    • Quarter 3 (Q3): If in Q2, you only earn enough points for Silver status, you will still retain your Gold status in Q2. However, in the next quarter, Q3, your tier will be Silver.

This system ensures that your earned tier remains consistent for the current quarter and the subsequent quarter, allowing you to enjoy the associated benefits. Be mindful of the quarterly points reset as you continue to engage in classes and upgrade memberships within the ClassPoints program. How and where do I redeem my rewards?

Depending on the reward type, ClassPoints benefits and Tokens can be redeemed in the studio, the brand app, or in the XPASS app. 

 

Free Passes for a Friend:

This benefit is redeemed in the brand app.

If you’ve earned a Free Pass for a Friend, you will be able to send the pass to your friend via email. If your friend already has an account created, the free pass will automatically be added to their account. If they do not have an account created, they will be notified to create an account and the free pass will be added to their new account. 

 

Retail Discount:

This benefit is redeemed in the studio and at participating locations only. 

If you’ve earned a retail discount, the reward will be visible in the brand app or member portal in your ClassPoints account. 

To redeem, show the studio staff your Retail Discount reward in the brand app. This will display your name, home studio, and eligibility date for the reward. Retail discounts are valid at home studios only.

Retail discounts are valid for the quarter the benefit is earned in as well as the following quarter.

 

Free Class Tokens & Deals:

These benefits are redeemed in the XPASS app. 

In your brand app under the ClassPoints section, tap the “Redeem” button, which will direct you to XPASS to redeem your benefits. Your earned Tokens and deals will be reflected in your XPASS account automatically.

How are ClassPoints calculated?

You earn +100 ClassPoints for every in-studio class taken at your brand. Be on the lookout for special bonus point opportunities such as bringing a friend to class, membership upgrades, special events, and more! ClassPoints earned are specific to each Xponential Fitness brand and cannot be combined across accounts.  

 

Example:

If I take a class at a CycleBar studio, I earn +100 ClassPoints in my CycleBar ClassPoints account. If I take a class at a Pure Barre studio, I earn +100 ClassPoints in my Pure Barre ClassPoints account.

When do I receive the benefits of the tiers I earn into?

Once you earn enough ClassPoints to reach a tier threshold, you will immediately be elevated into that status and retain the status through the end of the following quarter.

Are all studios across the globe a part of the ClassPoints program?
You can only earn and use ClassPoints tokens and rewards in US Xponential Fitness studios (for now). Please keep checking back for continued updates!
Will I get my birthday reward automatically every year?

If you have earned Silver or Gold status, on your birthday, we will gift you a free class token as our way of expressing gratitude for being a valued member. This exclusive birthday benefit is designed to make your special day even more memorable.

 

How it Works:

On your birthday, log in to your ClassPooints account on the brand app or member portal, you will see a Birthday Class Token award. When you hit “Redeem”, you will be taken to XPASS where you can explore the available classes to book within 48 hours. Your Birthday Class Token is valid for 365 days. Enjoy!

 
How do I unlock access to early booking?

Each ClassPoints tier and corresponding benefits and rewards are unique per brand, and may or may not include access to early booking opportunities.
